Things to check:

  1. Spam / promotions folders
  2. Try again - confirm spelling of email address

Common causes:

  • The link expired (one-time tokens are time-limited to 15 minutes)
  • The link was already used. You should never share links to your workspace.
  • Cookies blocked / third-party cookie restrictions in strict browser modes

Try requesting a new link and using it immediately.

The public survey says it’s not accepting responses

This happens when there is no active run for that project (e.g. the run was closed).

Ask the workspace owner to open a run, or create a new run for the project.

I submitted the survey but the report didn’t change

  • Refresh the run detail page.
  • Confirm the response was saved in the database.
  • Check you’re viewing the correct run (if multiple runs exist).
