Reporting
Reporting provides a real-time view of usability results for a survey run. As responses are collected, reports update automatically to reflect the latest data.
Reports are designed to be shareable, readable, and decision-ready, making it easy to communicate usability outcomes to stakeholders.
What is a Report?
A report is a live representation of a single survey run.
It includes:
- Overall SUS score (0–100)
- Average scores per question
- Themed or grouped scores (if enabled)
- Response count and completion status
All metrics update in real time as new responses are submitted.
Accessing Reports
Reports are available from the Run view.
- Navigate to Project → Run
- Select View report
- The report opens in a new tab
Reports can be viewed internally or shared externally via a public link.
Sharing Reports
Reports can be shared using a secure public link.
You can:
- Copy the report link
- Open the report in a new tab
- Share with clients or stakeholders
Viewers do not need a UXScore account to access a shared report.
Stopping Sharing
Public access to a report can be revoked at any time.
- Selecting Stop sharing immediately disables the public link
- The report remains accessible internally
- Sharing can be re-enabled by generating a new link
This is useful for sensitive or time-limited research.
Notes & Limitations
- Reports are run-specific
- Data updates in real time
- Reports are read-only for viewers
- Anonymous surveys limit respondent-level analysis
