Refund Policy

Last updated: 7 April 2026

UXScore subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. All billing, payments, and refunds are handled by Paddle on our behalf.

1. Default position

Unless required by applicable law, all subscription transactions are non-refundable. This applies to all billing periods, including monthly and annual plans.

2. Statutory withdrawal rights

Depending on your country of residence, you may have statutory rights to withdraw from a subscription and receive a full refund. Where applicable, these rights override this policy.

EU / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom

Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from the first payment of a new subscription. If your plan includes a free trial, a new 14-day withdrawal window opens when the trial ends.

UK consumers on an annual subscription have an additional 14-day withdrawal window each time the subscription auto-renews for another year.

This right does not apply to subsequent monthly subscription payments, and does not apply where you have given express consent to waive it by beginning use of the service immediately.

Turkey / Israel

Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract and receive a full refund.

South Korea / Brazil / China / Canada

Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel a digital service contract after delivery and receive a full refund.

Singapore

Consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel a digital service after delivery or first access and receive a full refund.

3. Discretionary refunds

Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund for requests submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Submission of a request within this period does not guarantee a refund. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and Paddle may approve a full refund, a partial refund, or decline the request.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Technical or product defects

If you experience a persistent technical issue or material defect that prevents you from accessing the service as described, please contact us first at support@uxscore.app. If we are unable to resolve the issue, Paddle will assess a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

6. How to request a refund

All refund requests are handled by Paddle. You can request a refund by:

  • Using the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your transaction confirmation email
  • Visiting paddle.net and selecting the "Request refund" option

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method where possible.

7. Fraud and abuse

Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer.

8. Contact

For questions about this policy, email support@uxscore.app. For refund requests, please contact Paddle directly as described above.
